Seckendorf Merges With Lebenhart

Seckendorf Hasson & Reilly LLP and its affiliate, LL Business Management Inc., have merged with Eliot H. Lebenhart CPA, to form a Long Island-based sports and entertainment accounting, tax and consulting firm.

The merger took effect Jan. 29, creating a combined firm with $3.7 million in annual fees. The combined organization will be known as Lebenhart, Seckendorf , Hasson & Reilly CPAs LLC, and will have offices in Lake Success, N.Y., and Los Angeles. Accounting Transition Advisors assisted in the transaction.
