Bruce Seckendorf, CPA, is a Certified Public Account and the founder and president of LL Business Management, Inc. which performs business management and other personal and professional services to entertainers, athletes, actors and other High Net Worth individuals. Bruce is a member of both The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, Bruce is the founder of LL Business Management, Inc's affiliate, Seckendorf, Hasson and Reilly, CPAs, LLC, which provides services to High Net Worth individuals, Small Businesses, Investors, Entertainers and Athletes. Before starting the firm, Bruce worked for what is now one of the largest regional accounting firms in Manhattan.
Bruce graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in Pennsylvania.

David Hasson, CPA, is a Certified Public Accountant and has been a partner at LL Business Management, Inc.'s affiliate Seckendorf Hasson Reilly & Kobay CPA's, LLC since 1995. Before becoming a partner with Seckendorf Hasson Reilly & Kobay CPA's, LLC, David worked for fifteen years with what is now one of the largest regional accounting firms in Manhattan. David is a member of both The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. He has also served as Treasurer of The Nassau County Society of CPAs Real Estate Division for more than eight years. David’s clientele consists of High Net Worth Individuals, Small Businesses, Real Estate, Entertainers, Fashion Models and Athletes. David graduated from the City University of New York at Queens College.

Robert Reilly, CPA, is a Certified Public Accountant and has been a partner at LL Business Management, Inc.'s affiliate Seckendorf Hasson Reilly & Kobay CPA's, LLC since 2003. His clients consist of individuals, Small Businesses, Entertainers and High Net Worth individuals. Robert also specializes in business management for members of the sports and entertainment industry. Robert is a member of both The American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and The New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. Robert graduated from the Long Island University at CW Post campus in New York. 

Justin Kobay is a Certified Public Accountant and a partner at LL Business Management, Inc. and it's affiliate Seckendorf Hasson Reilly & Kobay CPA's, LLC. Justin graduated from The University of Miami (“THE U”) with a double major in finance and accounting and received his CPA License in the State of New York. Justin’s passion for music combined with his accounting/finance experience led him to make the transition into business management. Since then, he has grown LL Business Management’s client base to include some of the most successful recording artists, producers, songwriters, and executives in the industry. At LL Business Management, Justin specializes in all aspects of client representation on both a professional and personal level. Additionally, he is well versed in foreign and domestic tax issues for Artists performing in the U.S. and abroad, including the Central Withholding Agreement (CWA) process.

Marius Bercovici is a partner at LL Business Management, Inc. He has over seventeen years of public accounting and business management experience in the Entertainment, Sports, Real Estate, Restaurant and Hospitality industries. Marius's areas of expertise include Tax Preparation and Strategy, Tax Compliance, Governmental Audits, and Management and Consulting. Marius Bercovici was a junior Member of the AICPA. Marius graduated from the City University of New York at Queens College with a BA in Accounting and Economics.

Trey Files is a certified public accountant and has worked in the entertainment industry as a performer and administrator. Trey worked with clients including ESPN, Red Bull, and Heineken to produce corporate entertainment events. Trey has played the drums for numerous Broadway shows, and he was drawn to accounting after administering the orchestra payroll for several off-Broadway and Broadway productions. Additionally, Trey works directly with clients to maintain Bookkeeping records, provide in-depth Tax Research and conduct Audits in various industries.

Venicia Mestey joined the firm in 2002. She has led in a multitude of functions including operations execution, client relationship, fiscal management, and client corporation consultation. Her strategic leadership has been instrumental in the success of LL Business Management, Inc. She is also leading the expansion efforts in establishing the firm's International Division currently focused on growing its footprint within the Latin American market. Her clients consist of high-net-worth individuals, producers, artists, DJ’s, and fashion influencers. Aside from Venicia’s time at LL Business Management, she is the CEO of the world-renowned Heavy Hitter DJ conglomerate. This collective consists of 117+ global DJ's who are responsible for opening new markets, exploring all genres, increasing diversity, and remaining true advocates of the universal language of music. Philanthropically Venicia sits as the Chief Marketing Director for Angels 4 Autism, a non for profit working to provide medical services for underprivileged children within the local community.

Dennis McGovern Jr joined our firm as a Business Manager in 2015. He studied at Baruch College and graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree specializing in Human Resource Management. He started as an account manager – managing our top clients and handling a full range of business management services including royalties, overseeing estates, and tour accounting. This led him to be a perfect fit for the management position which he currently holds since 2022. His responsibilities now consist of overseeing all account managers, clientele onboarding, and staff training. On his time off he enjoys golfing, CrossFit, and hiking.

Charonne Dunn joined our firm in 2021 as our Tax Director. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from SUNY at Old Westbury College. Charonne has many years of experience dealing with Financial Statements, Corporation Taxes, Payroll, and Sales Taxes. She manages the bookkeeping for all our account managers and assists with overseeing all year-end closings. She handles tax filings for federal and state. She also makes sure account managers are in compliance with tax filings and provides support for audits and all tax related projects.

Jacqueline Constant joined our firm in August 2021 and has been a laborious bookkeeper at LL Business Management, with an enduring work experience in accounting for over 10 years. Academically speaking, she holds a degree in business which is studiously supplemented with verifiable experience in QuickBooks.

Kay Kaur joined our firm as a Business Manager in 2018. Her responsibilities as a senior account executive include a full range of business management services from bill paying, tour accounting, royalty payouts, workers comp audits, to all financial management needs. Her clients consist of Entertainers, Producers, Actors, and High Net Worth Individuals. She has over 10 years of business management experience.

Ari joined LL Business Management in August 2023 as a member of the Bookkeeping team. Ari graduated from Queens College with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting in 2018 and previously worked at a CPA firm specializing in NYC real estate tax preparation. Outside of work, Ari enjoys reading, working out, and rock climbing

Rachel Weil joined our firm as a Business Manager in 2007. She studied at The University of Rhode Island and graduated with a bachelor of science in human development & family studies. Her responsibilities as an account executive include a full range of business management services from bill paying to financial management, as well as communicating with our clients on a daily basis. Her clients consist of individuals, Small Businesses, Entertainers and High Net Worth individuals. She is a licensed notary public commissioned by New York State and has over 10 years of business management experience.

Adam Singer is a Senior Account Manager at LL Business Management. He studied Business at Indiana University and graduated with a degree in business management. Previously, Adam worked in both the Fashion and Entertainment industries. His clients consist of individuals, Small Businesses, Entertainers and High Net Worth individuals. In his free time, he loves to run and DJ.

Ava Sesto is an Account Manager at LL Business Management since July 2024.  Her clients consist of producers and touring artists.  She graduated with a degree in Finance at Pace University,  where she also played Lacrosse.  She really enjoys helping people and is able to do that by staying organized.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, listening to music and cooking!

Lisa Park is an assistant business manager. She holds a Bachelor’s of Science from Cornell University and a paralegal certificate from Pace Law. Her responsibilities include managing the day-to-day financial needs of entertainers and their companies. Prior to her work in business management, Lisa held leadership roles in fashion design and raw material sourcing for brands such as J.Crew and Gap Inc.

Pauline Gold graduated Summa Cum Laude from Adelphi University with a Bachelor’s in Communications, concentrating in Digital Production and Cinema Studies. With her passion for The Arts, she came to our firm dedicated to financially manage individuals and businesses in the vast field. Pauline executes her responsibilities by being communicative, organized, and punctual, and her clients consist of individuals and businesses in the music and television/cinema production industries. Outside of LL, she enjoys listening to music of various genres and producing her own forms of digital art.

Frankie DeFalco is a business manager at LL Business Management and has been with the firm since 2019. He holds a BBA in Business Management from Hofstra University. Frankie handles a diverse roster of clients including touring artists, producers, and record label executives. He came to LL to combine his love of music and his study of business. Outside of LL, Frankie enjoys hiking, playing bass guitar and rooting for the New York Mets.

Nick Nocella joined LL Business Management in 2022. He graduated from the University of North Carolina Wilmington, receiving his B.S. in Recreation, Sport Leadership, and Tourism Management a year early, with honors. Live entertainment is an industry Nick has been passionate about since his youth, growing up competitively dancing and playing multiple instruments. Nick’s passion for music, combined with his business education and experience, has led him to pursue business management professionally. Outside of work, Nick enjoys listening to music, playing guitar, and traveling with his friends and family.

Christina Manca is an Account Manager at LL Business Management, Inc. She studied Business / Finance at Marist College and joined our team back in 2023. Starting her career in the industry working at various record labels, Christina has enjoyed expanding her skills into business management and working more closely with her clients, who include touring artists and songwriters. Outside of work, she enjoys seeing live music, watching her favorite New York sports teams and snowboarding.

Emma Pepe is a Business Manager at LL Business Management and has been with the firm since 2023. She is pursuing a master’s degree in Finance and Enterprise Risk Management at St. John’s University. She works closely with DJs, R&B artists, and high-net-worth individuals, providing daily financial support to high-profile clients in the music industry. Previously, Emma earned her undergraduate degree, double-majoring in Education and Mathematics from St. John’s University, and taught secondary mathematics in the Long Island public school system. Outside of LL, she enjoys discovering new music and traveling.

Giuseppe has been a Business Manager at LL Business Management since 2022. Associate's degree from Nassau Community College.  Outside of work, Giuseppe enjoys watching sports, listening to music,  and spending time with family and friends.  Giuseppe's cliental consist of Artist, Producers, Managers and Entertainers. Came to LL because passion for music and building strong business relationships. 

Jacob is an Assistant Account Manager who keeps all financial records up to date while valuing creativity and strong interpersonal connections. With a lifelong appreciation for music, he brings a thoughtful and dependable approach to his work. Outside of the office, Jacob enjoys fitness, basketball, and spending time with loved ones.

Lynn graduated from Molloy College with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. She joined LL Business in 2023 and brings prior experience as a staff accountant at a real estate management company. Outside of LL she enjoys spending time with her family.

Pauric has been a Business Manager at LL Business Management since 2023. He works closely with songwriters and producers. Outside of work, Pauric enjoys watching sports, listening to music,  and spending time with family and friends.

Rosemarie is an Assistant Account Manager. She earned her BBA from Hofstra University in 2024 and recently completed her Master’s degree in Finance at St. John’s University. In her free time, she enjoys listening to music, hiking, and traveling to Europe with friends and family.

Sean is a business professional with a strong background in leadership and teamwork. He graduated from Molloy University in 2025 with a degree in Business Management and is currently pursuing his MBA at Molloy University. Sean competed in collegiate soccer at both the Division I level at Manhattan University and the Division II level at Molloy University, experiences that shaped his competitive drive and discipline. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family and friends and traveling whenever he can.

Zachary is an Account Manager at LL Business Management, where he has been working since March 2024. He holds a degree in Business Management from Farmingdale State College. In his role, Zachary supports songwriters, producers, bands, and small businesses across the music industry, handling day-to-day financial needs, general business oversight, tour accounting, bank reconciliations, and maintaining consistent communication with clients. Outside of LL, Zachary prioritizes his mental and physical health, enjoys watching sports, and spends his time listening to music.
